Scott Purcell, Professional’s current president, has accepted a new role as CEO of ACA International. In 2020, Scott had the privilege of serving as the president of ACA International’s Board, influencing positive changes in the collection industry. He will now take that experience and those gained as Professional’s president into this new role as he works to protect and strengthen the Accounts Receivable Management industry. His new role at ACA International begins on January 1, 2022. In the meantime, Professional’s CEO, Joe Hawes, will work closely with Scott and the leadership team to ensure that we to continue to provide excellent service to our clients and innovation in the industry.
Scott will be missed at Professional for all that he has accomplished in his 11-year tenure, but we support his move and are glad to know that as active members of ACA International, we will still be able to work closely with him as he brings his consumer-centric philosophy and focus on continuous improvement to his leadership role for the premier industry association for collections.

While this is a bittersweet goodbye, we agree that Scott is the right person for the job!
