CCO & General Counsel

As Chief Compliance Officer, (CCO), Wade developed Professional’s comprehensive compliance management system and oversees all compliance matters. He is a licensed attorney in both Oregon and Nevada and was a former clerk at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). He earned a JD, Cum Laude, from the Seattle University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Washington.
