Jeff Johnson

Chief Client Officer

A dynamic, results-oriented leader, Jeff Johnson oversees sales operations, product management, and customer and client relations for Professional. Since joining the company in 2005, he has established a reputation for building and maintaining a high-performance culture.

Jeff is an industry veteran in credit and collections, with over 20 years of senior leadership experience in marketing and sales management. He previously was Manager of Client Relations for Columbia Ultimate Business Systems (a premier provider of collection and receivable management software to the A/R and healthcare markets) and Director of the International Division of the Franklin-Covey Leadership Center in Salt Lake City, UT.

During his time at Franklin-Covey, he worked with Fortune 500 companies to improve internal processes through pinpoint training programs offered through the Covey Institute (including “The 7-Habits of Highly Effective People,” “Principle-Centered Leadership,” and “ First Things First.”)

Along with his role as Chief Client Officer, Jeff is a sought-after motivational coach and keynote speaker, working with individuals, groups, and staff to inspire top performance. As a master facilitator, he works with clients to help them strengthen their existing knowledge and provides education on how to improve work environments and further develop business and professional relationships.

Originally from Colorado, Jeff earned his degree in Business Management and minored in Human Resources at Brigham Young University.
