Carl has over twenty years’ experience in the Collections industry. Having experienced each level of operations from the ground up, he offers both understanding and expertise to our internal processes and serves as an inspirational role model for our teams. Carl studied Management at the University of Minnesota, St. John’s University, and completed the Dale Carnegie Management course. He is a recipient of the ACA International Warren Siem Award and the ACA International Kurt Swersky Award for Leadership.
