Refreshed, Revived, Rebranded! A Sneak Peek at Professional Credit’s New Look

Recently we welcomed all staff that were previously remote back into the office. It’s been a long year (plus) since the onset of COVID-19 and we are ecstatic to see things start to return to normal. However, the time we spent distancing was not wasted. This retreat from our typical routines gave us room to reassess and we are happy to share with you some of the changes we are making.

Bigger, Better Partnership

We recognize during the pandemic that our early-out partner organization, Ensource, could fill a variety of needs outside of recovery services for clients. Ensource’s resources and technology helped assist many clients with back-office tasks and gaps in service due to staffing issues. After considering the ways Professional Credit’s clients could benefit from some of these same services, we decided to create an overarching brand that encompasses both service lines. Professional Credit and Ensource services will remain intact as discrete service lines under this common umbrella – this means nothing will change in terms of operations for existing clients,* other than an opportunity to work more seamlessly with the unique offerings of each service line. This will be especially beneficial for our healthcare clients as they can utilize the full spectrum of services from both lines with greater ease.

Another exciting development is that with our large number of on-staff revenue cycle experts, we are now offering top-tier revenue cycle consulting services. We have put together a comprehensive assessment program that can identify the areas of greatest need and help you prioritize improvements based on time, cost, and ROI. Watch for more on this soon!

A new “Professional” look

As we are reemerging with this new structure and exciting new service offerings, we thought it appropriate to update the brand. For our unified branding that will house both the Ensource and Professional Credit service lines, we have chosen to be simply “Professional.” Since a key component for both service lines is our consumer-engagement platform, we have adopted the Ensource icon across the board. The four arrows illustrate our omnichannel approach to communication.

In the coming months, you will see this alongside of the new Professional logo above as well as any Professional Credit branding. We have given these brands a fresh color palette and will be rolling out an updated website in the coming weeks. – keep your eyes peeled for an even better resource library and details about our services, including the new consulting program on the new professionalcredit.com
