Professional Credit’s HFMA Peer Review Key Findings Show Stunning Improvements

In 2019, for the fourth consecutive year, Professional Credit earned the Peer Reviewed designation from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).  The Peer Reviewed designation is given to a small number of health business solutions each year that have been evaluated by users in the industry for quality, technical support, customer service, and value. In order to receive the designation, our services had to illustrate exemplary value for our healthcare clients as well as quality customer service and patient relations.

As a part of the evaluation process, last fall, 25 of our current clients were surveyed to help assess the ongoing value and ensure we continue to fulfill HFMA’s criteria. When we compare these results to our previous evaluation it illustrates a marked improvement in client satisfaction. We are proud to be able to share some highlights from our recent assessment today.

Scores reflect a 31% increase in clients who strongly agree Professional Credit’s service satisfies an industry need for a total of 94% surveyed. What about the other 6%? They agree too!

Similarly, we had a 26% boost in clients who feel strongly that our service was easy to use— Earning us the highest possible marks from 94% who participated in the survey out of a 100% that agree!

100% of clients agreed that Professional Credit met their expectations, 100% agreed that we exceeded their expectations— reflecting an average of 30% increase in those who felt strongly on both fronts!

Of those surveyed 100% strongly agree that they would recommend Professional Credit.
